QFES Boarding Quakerfield stables all of its horses in large box stalls and only uses premium hay, grain and bedding. All of the horses at QFES are turnout daily or on a rotational basis depending on the weather. The horses are fed two meals a day, morning and evening, with any supplements they may require. Hay is distributed with meals and throughout the day so the horses are never without. Every horse’s water bucket is dumped daily to ensure they have fresh, clean, drinking water; the buckets are also scrubbed at least once a week. Realizing that not all horses are the same, our horses are cared for according to their individual needs and adjusted as those needs may change. All of our boarders horses are treated with the same love and care we give to our own horses. All of the amenities at QFES are available for our boarders use. There are 2 heated tack rooms, a large indoor arena with a viewing room, one outdoor sand arena, a large grass riding ring with a full course of jumps, hot and cold water in both of our barns and 6 large grass paddocks. Our boarders are required to take at least one lesson per week with one of our instructors.
